Companies share job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and recruitment details with the Training & Placement Cell (TPC).
2. Student Registration & Profile Submission
Eligible students register for the opportunity, and their resumes along with relevant details are forwarded to the respective companies.
3. Screening & Shortlisting
Companies conduct initial screening based on academic performance, skills, and resume evaluation to shortlist candidates.
4. Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)
The company interacts with students to provide insights into its profile, work culture, job roles, career growth, and expectations.
5. Campus Recruitment Drive
The company schedules and conducts the recruitment process at the institute with prior intimation.
6. Selection Process
The recruitment process typically includes aptitude tests, technical assessments, group discussions, personal interviews, and/or site interviews as applicable.
7. Final Selection & Offer Release
