Admissions at Government Polytechnic Saharsa are conducted as per Government of Bihar and SBTE/BCECEB guidelines. Final seat allotment and admission confirmation follow official counselling and document verification process only.
Candidates are advised to rely only on official notifications published by competent authorities and institute notice channels.
1. Candidate registration through authorized admission/counselling process.
2. Merit and seat allotment as per applicable Government norms.
3. Department allotment and reporting at institute.
4. Original document verification and fee formalities.
5. Final admission confirmation by institute authority.
Candidates must satisfy minimum academic eligibility prescribed by Department of Science & Technology, Government of Bihar and affiliating/board authorities for Diploma admission in the current academic session.
Candidates should keep the following ready for verification:
- Academic marksheet/certificates
- Identity proof and address proof
- Caste/Category certificate (if applicable)
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Counselling/allotment related documents
